iERA Global Dawah Day — World Cup Campaign 2026 · For Dawah Leaders & Volunteers

⚠️ Important — Before You Start

  • You do not need to download anything from the App Store or Google Play.
  • The app is a website you add to your home screen — it works just like a native app.
  • iPhone users must use Safari. Android users must use Chrome.
  • Install from worldcupdawah.com (the root URL) — do NOT install from worldcupdawah.com/uk directly, as this can cause the app to crash.
  • After opening the app, tap "United Kingdom" or navigate to the UK section from the home screen.
  • You need an internet connection to install and log in for the first time.

Part 1 — Installing the App

📱 iPhone / iPad (iOS)

    Open Safari

    Go to your Safari browser — this MUST be Safari, not Chrome or Firefox. Type in the app link: worldcupdawah.com (or tap the link sent to you).

    Tap the Share icon

    At the bottom of the screen, tap the Share button — it looks like a box with an arrow pointing upward (↑).

    "Add to Home Screen"

    Scroll down in the share menu and tap "Add to Home Screen". You will see a preview of the app icon.

    Tap "Add"

    Tap "Add" in the top-right corner. The iERA app icon will now appear on your home screen like any other app.

  5. 5

    Open the app

    Tap the iERA icon on your home screen to launch the app. It will open in full-screen, just like a native app.

🤖 Android Phone

  1. 1

    Open Chrome

    Open the Google Chrome browser. Type in the app link: worldcupdawah.com (or tap the link sent to you).

    Tap the 3-dot menu

    Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of Chrome to open the browser menu.

    "Add to Home screen"

    Tap "Add to Home screen" from the menu. A dialog will appear with the app name.

    Tap "Add"

    Tap "Add" to confirm. The iERA app icon will be placed on your home screen.

  5. 5

    Open the app

    Tap the iERA icon on your home screen. The app opens in full-screen mode.

Part 2 — Logging In

Who needs a login?

Only volunteers who will be actively using the app on the day (e.g. recording Shahadahs, submitting reports) need to log in. General attendees do not need a login. Team leaders should be pre-invited by the admin team before the event.

How to Log In (All Devices)

    Open the app

    Tap the WCD icon on your home screen to open the app. Once open, navigate to the UK section.

  2. 2

    Click 'Sign In'

    On the landing page, tap 'Sign In' or 'Volunteer Login'. You will be taken to the login screen.

  3. 3

    Enter your email

    Use the email address you registered with (or the email your team leader invited you with). Enter it and tap 'Continue'.

  4. 4

    Check your email for the code

    A one-time login code will be sent to your email. Open your email app, find the email from iERA, and copy the 6-digit code.

  5. 5

    Enter the code

    Type the 6-digit code into the app. You are now logged in! Your account and access level will load automatically.

Part 3 — Recording a Shahadah on the Day

✅ 5 Required Fields Only

Full Name · Mobile Number · Email · Gender · City — keep this simple and quick on the day.

Step-by-Step: Record a Shahadah

  1. 1

    Go to the UK Dashboard

    From the home screen, tap 'UK Volunteers' or navigate to /uk/volunteer. You must be logged in.

  2. 2

    Tap 'Record a Shahadah'

    On your volunteer dashboard, find the 'Record a Shahadah' button or the Shahadah tab.

  3. 3

    Fill in the form

    Enter the new Muslim's Full Name, Mobile Number, Email, Gender, and City. These 5 fields are required.

  4. 4

    Submit

    Tap 'Submit'. The Shahadah is recorded instantly and the admin team is notified. A welcome message can be sent to the new Muslim.

Troubleshooting

❓ I can't find 'Add to Home Screen' on iPhone

Make sure you are using Safari, not Chrome or another browser. The option only appears in Safari.

❓ I didn't receive the login code email

Check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, ask your team leader to confirm the email address used when you were invited.

❓ It says 'User not registered'

Your email has not been added to the system yet. Contact your regional admin to get your email invited before the event.

❓ The app looks like a website, not an app

Make sure you opened it from your home screen icon — not from inside a browser. If you haven't added it to your home screen yet, follow Part 1 above.

❓ I submitted a Shahadah but it's not showing

It was saved — don't submit again. Check with the admin team; it will appear in the admin dashboard.
